- -Class 1: 201cc & Over 2-Stroke
- -Class 2: 0-200cc 2 Stroke
- -Class 3: 301cc & Over 4 Stroke
- -Class 4: 0-300cc 4 Stroke
- -Class 5: Veterans 35-44
- -Class 6: Super Veterans 45+
- -Class 7: Womens
- -Class 8: Under 19 Development class (upto 200cc two stroke, or 250cc 4 stroke - Winner will receive a cost price Yamaha 125 or 250.

- Class 1: 12-16yrs 4 Stroke upto 300cc
- Class 2: 12-16yrs 2 Stroke up to 200cc
- Class 3: 12-16yrs 2 Stroke up to 85cc and 4 Stroke up to 230cc
- Class 4: Junior Ladies (non championship)

NZ Cross Country Championship
There will be 4 rounds consisting of three in the North Island and one in South Island. Your best three rounds will count for the New Zealand Championship. An MNZ Championship licence is required.
Senior – entry fee $90, Junior – entry fee $60 (non­ champ $40)

North Island Cross Country Championship
There will be 4 rounds. All four rounds will count for the NI Championship.
The North Island and South Island rounds will be held as National events, allowing riders to compete on a club (or day) licence.
Senior – entry fee $70, Junior – entry fee $50

2020 South Island Championship
consists of one round
