That\'s right, the shock horror is that the event goes ahead on Sunday the 5th of September, same place same time. The small lake in front of the start line is being drained and the event is all go. Mike Mcleod (Club President) has confirmed with all officialdom that the date suits. Spread the word!
Corrie Sargent (Kapi Mana & Martinborough Clubs) will give up his second placing by missing another round of the Spectro Series, as he is racing in Round 4 & 5 of the ADB Australian Thumper Nats this weekend and the following weekend.
The Maidstone Yamaha, Darbi Accessories & Shell Lubricants supported rider is currently running in 7th place in the Pro 400 class after competeing in two of the three rounds held. (Watch this 20 year old go from here!) He is a former Junior National Champ and has come back from major injuries to pursue a career in Motocross.
