Stop Press:
Against all the odds with a heavily bandaged knee to assist in overcoming the injury that knocked him out of the WEC day one - a gutsy performance gave Stefan Merriman (pictured) the Enduro 2 win on day two in Fatima, Portugal.
UPDATE:
Thanks to Anita Merriman for supplying the results below and she also advises that Paul Whibley finished 14th on day 2.
Note that the fastest rider on day 2 was Stefan Merriman!!! These Aussies? are tough guys indeed........
The riders now have one months break before the Italian World round on 7/8th May.
