NZMDA and Big Boys Toys:

The National Motorcycle show finds a long term home with New Zealand's leading motorcycle brands decision to choose 'Big Boys Toys' as the venue for the NZ Motorcycle show for the coming three years.

The New Zealand Motorcycle Distributors Association (NZMDA), representing Aprilia, BMW, Cagiva, Ducati, Gas Gas, Harley Davidson, Honda, Husqvarna, Kawasaki, KTM, MotoGuzzi, MV Augusta, Polaris, Triumph, and Yamaha decided on the show despite intermittent involvement in the past.

"Our association has been looking for a suitable venue for a national motorcycle expo, and after researching several options we are convinced that 'Big Boys Toys' stands out as the best choice." said Clive Cooper-Smith, NZMDA Chairman and General Manager of Blue Wing Honda.
"'Big Boys Toys' presents a unique angle on the recreational market focusing on high octane fun and has mirrored the growing popularity of recreational motorcycling both on and off road." He said.

The other motorcycle brands agree that a specific arena for motorcycles within 'Big Boys Toys' is the most effective way to showcase the latest in motorcycling technology and accessories.
"The public will get a great feel for what is available from each of the leading brands by concentrating our efforts in one hall" said Peter Payne, General Manager of Yamaha.

Most of the brands will showcase their new 2005 models, the first time the public will get the chance to have a close up look at what is available. And there are a number of surprises in store for lucky visitors, to find out what they are, make sure you visit the NZ Motorcycle Show at 'Big Boys Toys'.

There will be nearly 100 motorcycles on display at the NZ Motorcycle Show in Hall 6 at 'Big Boys Toy's, November 12-14, Auckland Showgrounds.
