What a contrast! A dry dusty Saturday for the juniors and
a sloppy mud bath for the seniors on Sunday. However, the
weather didn\'t keep the crowds away and, after the
lapscorers had regrouped to cope with the day,
there was a feast of entertainment. Unfortunately the
earlier delays and a late heavy shower meant that the second
half of the race program had to be abandoned. It was great
to see the varied approaches to the slippery course - we
were all impressed with their ability to stay on (right
up to the point where they lost it)in such
challenging conditions. This is a great event that was
well run and I\'m sure that everyone is already looking forward
to next year.
Due to a small
