The Ivan Mauger World Championship Long Track Speedway Grand Prix finale at Pukekura Park, New Plymouth is the \"go place\" for Saturday.
The top 13 World Championship riders have arrived here from all over the world for a very big night of full on action
The support classes are open for MX bikes & practice sessions will be 5pm Friday night & if necessary 10 > 11 am Saturday morning.

Taupo District Council have moved forward with their Resource Consent application receiving only 1 objection which was later withdrawn & nearly 300 support letters & e-mails - a significant number being from motorcycle supporters.
