It is 4 weeks since Ben returned to his European home. He has spent this time working with his trainer bringing his body back into line for the race season. The bulk of his training is cardio work - swimming, running & cycling. It is complemented this with a gym program which targets the strength & agility needed for MX riding.

Ben has begun riding a motorbike over the last week and is starting to get the feel back for his bike. He still has considerable discomfort in his wrist, but finds special support strapping helps a lot.

This week he is riding each day, on either his practice bike or race bike at various tracks around Belgium and Holland. His preparations will continue at full speed now, he is planning to be ready for the second round of the series, GP Holland, Valkensvaard.13 April.
